A full head is generally 250 pieces (5 bundles). However, this may vary depending on the texture, length, and density of your natural hair as well as the texture of the I-tips, and the hairstyle that you desire to achieve.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We encourage customers to review product details, collection-specific processing timelines, and policies carefully before placing an order.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will be happy to review your request.
Shipping timelines depend on the collection purchased.
• Raw Collection (ITips, Clip-Ins, Tools): Orders typically process within 3–5 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for shipping, depending on the method selected at checkout.
• Luxe Collection (Bundles, Wigs, Ponytails): Luxe Collection items are sourced per order and follow a 7–10 business day processing timeline, followed by 1–3 business days for shipping once the order has been prepared.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email within 24–48 hours.
When your order status shows “Processing,” it means your order has been received and is actively being prepared for shipment. During this time, your items are being sourced, checked, and packaged according to the collection’s processing timeline.
Orders will remain in “Processing” status until they are ready to ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
A) The item you ordered has run out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
B) Some orders require additional billing and payment info verification. If this occurs we will contact you via email. We MUST receive a response within 3 business days or the order will be cancelled.
Yes, however, high level color is not recommended. Luxe hair can lift up to a level 7 without compromising its integrity.
What does that mean?
Lifting (or lightening) virgin hair can loosen the curl pattern and in some cases change how the hair behaves.
For the Luxe Collection you can color the hair shades of brown, black, ginger, red, and honey blonde. If you are seeking ash blonde or platinum blonde (level 8 and above) we do not recommend the Luxe Collection.
But great news, we're working on expanding our Raw Collection for our Ash & Platinum Girlies.
