
Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through Mahari Raw Hair & Co. are final. Hair extensions are considered hygiene products and cannot be restocked once opened or handled. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing maharihairco@gmail.com. To help us review your request as quickly as possible, we ask that you include your order number, clear photos of the item received, and a brief description of the issue. Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and when approved, resolutions may include replacement of the affected item at our discretion.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect length, texture, or quantity selected at checkout, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, or items that have been worn, installed, altered, colored, cut, washed, or otherwise tampered with. We also encourage all customers to review processing and shipping timelines prior to purchase, as timing expectations alone do not qualify an order for a return or refund.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped, Mahari Raw Hair & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages confirmed by the shipping carrier.
We’re always happy to assist when questions arise. Please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting our team may result in account restrictions or denial of future purchases.
