Mahari Raw Hair Shipping Policy

 

Mahari Raw Hair is sourced specifically for each order prior to fulfillment.

 

ALL items have a processing time of 8–12 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for shipping, depending on the method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email within 24–48 hours.

At this time, we offer domestic shipping to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico only.

Shipping & Handling Rates

• $20 flat fee for priority shipping (1–3 business days once shipped)

Please note that all shipping and handling timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Mahari Raw Hair & Co. fulfills and ships all orders directly. Once an order has shipped, Mahari Raw Hair & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen.

Upon shipment, email notifications and tracking information will be sent automatically. Customers are encouraged to use the tracking link to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.

Our team will first work with the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the package, as it is our priority that you receive your order. Only packages that are officially deemed lost by the carrier may be eligible for review. All other situations are evaluated by our recovery team on a case-by-case basis.
